Long time I didn’t get this delicious noodle soup! Really tasty with super large bowl, lamb rib was really well cooked, melt in the mouth. For sure I’ll come back
There is always a line, so make plans beforehand. Service was very fast though (about 5 minutes after we ordered) and nice servers. The food was amazing! I haven’t had such a good meal in a long time. Very flavourful and filling. Portions were huge and great value for the price.
This was one of those places that allowed me to reminisce back on home flavors. The broth was rich, flavorful but yet not overpowering. The noodles, which had a selection of thick, thin and rice, were perfectly cooked to my liking. The cucumber appetizer was also excellent, tasted very fresh.
One of my favorite restaurants in Berkeley. Straightforward place with super yummy food. You order your food on a tablet and it comes out fast. No reservations though so you have to stick it out in line (but goes faster than you would expect).
Absolutely jaw dropping. The beef tendon soup, cooked for 8 hours straight, fills your mouth with such unexplainable delight. The 8 hour noodles as well were like gifts to one’s soul. The 8 hour noodles were perfectly chewy and doughy, and they complemented the broth’s smooth taste. The star of the show were the 8 hour gingers. Slow cooked for 8 hours, the ginger was so easy to chew through, and they held the 8 hour beef broth so nicely. The sting of the 8 hour ginger wasn’t strong, but they left a pleasant, vigorous, and deep tickle in my mouth. The sensation of the 8 hour ginger is not to be ignored as well. The 8 hour ginger has an aroma that creeps up into your nose.
The high rating and long lines are well worth it here at Noodle Dynasty. I had the sliced beef noodle soup with 8 hour cooked broth. It was delicious. I don’t normally like sour cabbage flavor in beef noodle soup but it had just a hint of it and it was very well balanced with flavors of savory, beef and spice. The beef itself had very little to no fat. This is one of the best beef noodle soups I’ve had.
came here for a dinner date and it was delicious! we had the smashed cucumber, lamb skewers, wonton noodle soup (thin noodle), and lamb brisket noodle soup (rice noodle). we picked spicy for the noodles but they weren’t that spicy. the portions were massive and the service was fast. be prepared for a short wait.
One of the very few to be deliver genuine good Chinese noodles. I've eaten many soup noodles throughout my life, including in Asia and this one is without a doubt in my top 3: -The broth has very rich and complex flavors, especially the tasty -Thick noodles have the perfect texture -meat is incredibly Melty and flavory (we tried the beef, lamb and the pork)
Legitimately one of the best meals I've eaten, taking me completely by surprise after a dentist appointment (and it was worth whatever damage done to my newly cleaned teeth). Had the lamb noodle soup, spicy, and cucumber salad. Nailed the broth especially and the spice combo was magical. Highly recommend.
really fast service, large portions, and absolutely delicious food! been here twice now and i plan to return many more times. i recommend the beef brisket noodle soup (not pictured), the lamb skewers and the cucumber salad.
